In response to the Senate Order dated 20 June 2001, the Family Court of Australia includes the following contractual arrangement details on its website:
- each contractual arrangement entered into by the Family Court of Australia which has not been fully performed or which has been entered into during the previous twelve months, and which provides for consideration to the value of $100,000 or more;
- the contractor, the amount of consideration and the subject matter of each such contract;
- whether each contract contains provisions requiring the parties to maintain confidentiality of any of its provisions, or whether any provisions of the contract are regarded by the parties as confidential and a statement of the reasons for confidentiality; and
- an estimate of the cost of complying with this order and a statement of the method used to make the estimate.
The estimated cost of complying with this order:
Financial Year 2007/2008: $1500.00
Above costs have been based upon the hourly rates of the officers involved in compiling the information.
