The Family Court of Australia has its own appeal division. A single appeals judge can hear appeals against federal magistrate decisions, while the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia, comprising three appeal judges, can hear appeals against decisions by judges in the Family Court of Australia, Family Court of Western Australia and, in some cases, the Federal Magistrates Court.
