Designed for the benefit of clients, stakeholders, staff and the wider community
- Cultural Diversity
The Family Court of Australia has had a long interest in, and commitment to the provision of services to meet the needs of its culturally diverse clients.
- Family Violence
The Family Court undertakes a proactive role in developing a wide range of initiatives to assist in the early identification of family violence.
- Less Adversarial trials

- Magellan project
The Magellan program is specifically designed for cases involving the most vulnerable children. The program aims to deal with these cases as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Mental health and the integrated client service delivery program
A project which was piloted in the Courts’ Darwin and Adelaide registries to test a variety of approaches to improve mental health support for Family Law Court clients.
- eService
The Family Court provides a range of (online) eServices which have been developed for the convenience of clients dealing with family law matters.
