Brisbane Family Law Registry provides registry services to both the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court which include:
- lodgement of documents
- providing procedural advice and responding to enquiries
- mail handling
- listing of cases
How to get there
- The Commonwealth Law Courts (Including the Family Court of Australia) are located within a short walk of the Roma Street Railway Station.
- Buses from the city travel down George Street and stop between Turbot and Tank Streets.
- There are two public car parks which can be accessed from Tank Street although neither of them is large.
- They are only a short distance from the building.
- Disabled car parking, a loading zone and a taxi rank are all located in Tank Street, adjacent to the entrance.
