Aleksandra Ivanova and her brother Michail Ivanov were last seen by their mother in Joslin Reserve, Fourth Avenue, Joslin, on 14 November 2008.
The Family Court of Australia is seeking help from members of the public to locate the children.
The children are believed to be in the company of their father Sergei Ivanov and possibly their grandmother Penny Ivans or persons associated with their father.
Aleksandra Sergeeva Ivanova, born on 26 September 1998, is approximately 155 cm tall with light brown hair, very fair skin and hazel eyes.
Michail Sergeev Ivanov, born on 18 May 2000, is about 150-153 cm tall with short, dark brown hair, slightly olive skin and dark brown eyes.
Both children are described as of solid build.
The children’s father, Sergei Michailov Ivanov, is 178 cm tall, weighs approximately 80 kg and has short grey hair and blue-grey eyes. He was born on 29 December 1954.
On 10 November 2008 the Family Court issued a warrant for the police to take possession of children that has not yet been executed.

This is a Hague Convention (Child Abduction) case which aims to return the children to their place of habitual residence so that parenting matters can be decided in the correct jurisdiction.
