These directions have the status of law and assist with the conduct of proceedings before the Family Court of Australia



Preamble
The Family Law Rules 2004 commence on 29 March 2004 and as a consequence the Practice Directions of the Court have been reviewed.

A. Revocation of Practice Directions - Superseded by Family Law Rules 2004
The following Practice Directions are hereby revoked as of 29 March 2004 :
