The Family Court provides a range of (online) eServices which have been developed for the convenience of clients dealing with family law matters.
  • Commonwealth Courts Portal
    The portal is a joint initiative of the Family Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and Federal Magistrates Court of Australia and allows free web-based access to information about cases before these courts.

    Through the Commonwealth Courts Portal, clients and legal practitioners can eFile applications for divorce and family law supporting documents. This service is available 24 hours a day and allows you to file at your own convenience.
