Through the Commonwealth Courts Portal, clients and legal practitioners can eFile applications for divorce and family law supporting documents. This service is available 24 hours a day and allows you to file at your own convenience.
eFiling commenced on 16 August 2008 and is a feature available through the Commonwealth Courts Portal. eFiling allows you to electronically file applications for divorce and supporting documents with the Court.
eFiling allows interaction with the Court outside normal business hours, improving access and flexibility.

Currently the Portal allows litigants and legal practitioners to eFile divorce and supplementary documents. In the second half of 2010 the Courts will release eFiling of the Initiating Application and Response.
