This is a mandatory form.*
This form sets out the extent to which the party has complied with orders made in the Trial Notice and gives other information about a party’s readiness for trial. It must be filed by a party to a case at least 14 days prior to a pre-trial conference unless otherwise ordered by the Court. See Rule 12.08 of the Family Law Rules 2004.
Number of copies of the certificate for filing, service and yourself
The completed and signed original of the certificate filed at the Court. Before you file it you must also make sufficient copies to have one for each person to be served and a copy for your own records.
