Applications for interim parenting orders (for example, orders about who the children live, spend time and communicate with or other parenting orders) are made using an Application in a Case.

Such an application may be accompanied by this affidavit which sets out facts supporting your case.

Number of copies of the affidavit for filing, service and yourself
The completed and signed original of the affidavit filed at the Court. Before you file it you must also make sufficient copies to have one for each person to be served and a copy for your own records.

Each other party and any independent children's lawyers

What is filed in response
A response to an Application in a Case is made using a Response to an Application in a Case. The respondent is also required to file an Affidavit for interim parenting cases – Respondent.
