Court forms used for various purposes in the Family Court of Australia
The Family Law Courts comprise the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia. The courts share jurisdiction in family law matters and you can apply to either court. The Family Law Courts forms are relevant to both the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court.
In some cases fees do not have to be paid, for example if you hold certain concession cards or can demonstrate hardship. If you want to know more, or are unsure about fees, you can ask Registry staff.
