The fees are set by Federal Government regulations.
Conduct money and witness fees
Money paid by a party to a witness, before the witness appears at a Court event.

Fee exemption, waiver and refund
In some cases fees do not have to be paid, for example if you hold certain concession cards or can demonstrate hardship.
