How to find judgments of the Family Court of Australia

A judgment is the decision of the Court which usually outlines the facts of the case, includes discussion of the evidence and refers to relevant legislation and case law upon which the decision is based.

To look for a particular judgment or search for judgments on a certain topic you can use the database containing selected cases from 1988 onwards available on the Austlii website (links are provided below)
