Court publications to help answer your questions about procedures in the Family Court of Australia
These brochures, booklets and fact sheets have been prepared by the Family Court of Australia and the Family Law Courts. When certain applications are filed, the Rules require the Court to give specific brochures to the person filing the application (the applicant). The Rules also require the applicant to provide specific brochures, along with other court documents, to the other party (the respondent). These are known as 'prescribed' brochures. The list below indicates which brochures are 'prescribed' in this manner.
