All publications used in the Family Court and Family Law Courts in alphabetical order
The Family Law Courts comprise the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia. The courts share jurisdiction in family law matters and you can apply to either court. The Family Law Courts publications are relevant to both the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court.
