This brochure provides general information about, and suggests ways to prepare for, a Conciliation Conference in the Family Court.
A Conciliation Conference provides an opportunity for the parties to make a genuine effort to settle their dispute. The Conference usually occurs after a Case Assessment Conference and/or Procedural Hearing if there is disagreement about financial issues.
