Material may be distributed, as long as it remains unchanged and the Family Court of Australia is credited as the creator.

Australia is one of over 50 countries world wide who has taken up the Creative Commons (CC) project. The use of CC licensing by the Family Court of Australia puts it among the leaders of government agencies embracing open licensing of public sector information.

Judgments and other court documents and records not identified as Public Sector Information are subject to specific licensing arrangements to be made in each individual case.
