This form is used by the respondent/s named in the Application in a Case who wishes to oppose the orders sought or asks the Court to make other orders.

Making copies of the form for filing, service and yourself

The completed and signed original of the form is filed at the Court. Before you file it you must also make sufficient copies to have one for each person to be served and a copy for your own records.

Filing fee

There are no fees associated with filing a response to an application in a case.

An affidavit unless the application relates to the review of the decision of a registrar or deputy registrar.
