When can I use this Notice Disputing Itemised Costs Account

This notice is used by a person who has received an itemised costs account from a lawyer and wishes to dispute it. It cannot be used until an itemised costs account has been received.

Where can I find the costs lawyers may charge for work done in the Family Court

Refer to the Court's brochures Costs Notice Chapter 19 and Costs Notice Schedule 6.

Making copies of the form for filing, service and yourself

The completed and signed original of the form is filed at the Court. Before you file it you must also make sufficient copies to have one for each person to be served and a copy for your own records.
