Preamble

The Family Law Rules 2004 commence on 29 March 2004 and as a consequence the Practice Directions of the Court have been reviewed.

A. Revocation of Practice Directions - Superseded by Family Law Rules 2004
The following Practice Directions are hereby revoked as of 29 March 2004 :
